Yesterday I had a 90-minute "meeting". I was alone, in my office, doing a video call, in which I did a normal share of the talking.

The CO₂ level in my office was 700ppm at the start and 2000ppm at the end. Just from me exhaling while talking.

Cognitive function starts getting impaired somewhere between 1200 and 1500ppm.

Please draw your own conclusions as they relate to closed-door, in-person "executive committee", "company leadership", or board meetings.

Or ministerial cabinet meetings. 🥴

Here's a little piece of the Unity weirdness I haven't seen anyone mention yet:

Every time we developers pop a game up on a storefront (Xbox, Steam etc) we warrant that we have the unconditional right to do so.

So if it turns out Unity _does_ have the right to demand money for games we've already released, then sure they'll hit up Nintendo and friends but ultimately we could be at fault for fucking up the distribution agreements.

Wow. Slay the Spire devs ripping Unity a new one.
