I've bought a few new cars that had been sitting on a lot for more than 4 months. Is buying an EV that is not made the same day you order it going to impact the car or are Tesla Cybertruck buyers just that spoiled?

Good morning. Laundry is started, kitchen is cleaned up. All that's left is the rest of the downstairs on this typical Monday. 🤦‍♀️

My youngest daughter slept over last night and left the bedroom in disarray. When do grown kids stop acting like kids in a parent's house?! It's frustrating enough that I've shot her an email at work.

Now I'll take a deep breath and not let this feeling hijack the day. I hope your day is getting off to a better start.

Our daughter picked Anne Boleyn as the name of our new queen honeybee. She's a big fan of the musical "SIX" about all of Henry the 8th's wives. She's also a history buff like me so she's read about her extensively. I'm going to call her Annie.

I told my wife, hopefully this Anne Boleyn fairs better than the 1st... It shouldn't be hard, there is no king bee looking for a younger queen. 😄

I'll try to get her real picture next week. The weather wasn't optimal today.

Here's a screenshot from the new bee yard camera. I probably won't keep it here permanently but it's nice to be able to check on them periodically now.

Our lunch today included three vegetables from our garden! We had some radishes in our salad and a stir fry that had bok choy and radish greens. It's not a lot but it's a start and only the end of April. Our raspberry plants have really taken off too. Enjoying raspberries soaked in honey is the goal for the end of my summer.

Have a good evening everyone! I'll be around watching my bees. Still can't decide on a name for the new queen.
