Todays project: I am trying to reduce the gain of a 10-13 GHz LNB since my ham radio club is too close to a local #hamradio 3 cm beacon.
My current thought is to just remove and bypass the component called 103 in the top left corner. I think it is another LNA but cannot find a datasheet. ... if I break it at least it was cheap.

Today's "This is not a bomb I promise" project. My two QDX ham radios, power buttons, USB jack, voltage meter and space for my power bank in a box.
I wanted a less messy setup for portable operations.
Now Sweden has entered the four dark months :( so it is to dark and cold to go out and play radio.
At the top of my winter project list is this HF-MINIPA-70 kit. It is probably the cheapest HF power amplifier available. "70W" for 250kr (20€) using two IRF530 in a push-pull configuration.
I accidently managed to make an oscillator from my kit... time to fault find.
This should be enough to power all my coming #AmateurRadio projects! One old HP server 12V 62A power supply and one Eltek FLATPAK 48V 37A power supply.
For the second time in a row I managed to buy a radio without the power amplifier 😭
