Happy to report that someone's made a permissively licensed swatch holder for my Hangable Filament Swatches. The original boxes these were designed to fit in were nice, but had a really restrictive license.
I'm pondering building a stackable box with a #gridfinity base but I just haven't gotten around to it. Too many projects.
Maybe someone will feel motivated to make something like that over the holidays. 😉

The results are in. Its not done yet, but it already looks a million times better.
And unjunking yet another junk drawer using my new 3d printer.
This time it will be an electronics components drawer.
@minnix 3D printing for the masses has always seemed to me to be one of 3 things. 1. Trash trinkets that are great for a quick 'oooh'. 2. Hyper organization (see #gridfinity) 3. That one part to fix your blinds or ice maker.
There was never an in between. That was the illusion.
I'm back on my #gridfinity printing kick making some bins for organizing my cables as I also prepare to get rid of a bunch of old cables, but I'm still keeping too many...
I am multitudes... I can simultaneously hold these ideas at once:
* Can't let my cables go as I might need 8 USB-A to USB-B cables.
* My USB-B cable from router to UPS is not the right length. I should order a new braided cable so it looks cleaner.
Yes, I have a problem 😄
#FreeCAD má k dispozici #gridfinity workbench. Mnohem jednodušší přístup, než hledat v 3D modelech ostatních, co by mi vyhovovalo 👍
Pár hodin tisku a z přetékajícího, neorganizovaného bordelu je úhledný, skoroprázdný šuplík 😄
