Starting the new year as I ended the last one: getting one of Nurgles gift. But I finally managed to build some of my Custodes and Grey Knights. Hopefully, I'll be able to paint some of them next week.

Managed to finish 3 more of my Sword Brethren yesterday, I hope I'll be able to finish the remaining two tomorrow, but Nurgle thought I deserve another of his gifts. So I'll see if I am able to paint tomorrow. 😅
Anyways I am quite proud of their look. Especially considering how much I struggled with painting them since around Spring/Summer.

The more I learn about working conditions in academia the more I am convinced that it is not where I wanna spent the rest of my life. I do love doing my PhD but honestly, there's so much that's not okay in how the system works right now...
I woke up earlier today just to think about some questions concerning my PhD. I am still working on a chapter that needs more time and research but I love how I start to build all the connections between the different parts of my argumentation even where I overlooked them in the past.
