Dublin has gained thousands of financial services jobs from London. Many new ferry services (lost cabotage for UK). Amazon.ie didn't exist. Most no longer buy much from the UK. UK's trade surplus w its 5th largest and 2nd most profitable market evaporated. Big increase in UK applications for every academic & research job. Boost to intra-EU trade.

Denmark has called up its young women for mandatory military training and is now in the process of expanding it's navy with
— 6 additional armed frigates for The Danish Navy
— 5 Arctic patrol ships
— 21 patrol ships for The Marine Home Guard
— 4 sea surveillance ships with sea mine laying capability
— 1 underwater surveillance vessel
— underwater drones
This is in a country of just 5.9 million.
