#Software im Gesundheits#Amt - Landkreise müssen da mitunter eigenständig nachbessern, weil die ausgelieferte Software nicht #datenschutz konform ist.
Nach einer Recherche von @evawolfangel im vergangenen Jahr hatten wir damals auch in #sachsenanhalt nachgeschaut. Die Vorwürfe bestätigt jetzt auch der zuständige Datenschutzbeauftragte in Rheinland-Pfalz. Und Landkreise haben mir erzählt, dass sie noch einen Pentest gemacht haben...

why not matrix?

at this point it seems like most of the tech community is familiar with matrix, the "open network for decentralized communication". lots of projects and communities have migrated from a host of other platforms, including irc, discord and slack with the promise that their new spaces will be free forever. i first discovered matrix in 2021 and have dedicated a lot of time trying to understand exactly how it works, as well as trawling through github issues to try and understand whether we should consider matrix…

@Natasha_Jay I don’t know if you’re religious or spiritual, but as an agnostic, whose in my 70s, I am able to view this life on Earth as fucked up as it’s been and continues to be, an overall positive experience. And most importantly what keeps it positive, is believing this is just one leg of an extended journey allowing for hope for better… as I continue to rage about idiots we put in charge ( in the US). 🙂‍↕️
