Making a sun spear impact for a VFX Sketch on #RealtimeVFX challenge and already getting some promising results! Still 2 weeks to go and can't wait to see what I will end up with.
As Battle of Fools' Bay is out I can finally show some effects I've worked on!

Leaves feel much better for me now. I tried to make them behave more like being affected by wind.
Also to fix them looking too plain I've added some vertex offset movement to bend them.
Now we got some little orbs flying around too!
Felt inspiration to do bit of stylized today. Gonna make leaves feel more natural next.
