@bupu ive been heliboard for a while and it seems pretty good but i think anyone works as long as you starve it from the internet using datura.
@memoria ive tried granite for agentic tool calling and it worked surprisingly well but still it wasn't uncommon for it to get stuck in a react loop.
It's surprising that Google released Antigravity to GNU/Linux since day one.
I usually expect these companies to first cater to the macOS and Windows user and then slowly rollout to GNU/Linux.
Anyway, I think I will give it a try, but I am pretty opinionated to Neovim + Gemini CLI.

Well I do think that AI is heading in the wrong direction, companies are making more of an effort to make their models more accurate rather than smaller and less power consuming, but I guess that is how the market is now and I cannot blame them for it but, it will get worse before it gets better. When the AI bubble finally bursts, companies will maybe start focusing on making these models smaller while maintaining results.
When you are developing API's and working with agentic coding tools, make sure to mention how you will be deploying the application in the AGENTS.md.
It helps a lot when the model knows if the deployment will be stateless (lambda/app runner) or stateful (VMs, LMs) and the kind of environment it will be working in like lambda's time and memory bounds etc.
