The UK Committee on Research Integrity annual statement contains a commissioned analysis of UK HEI annual statements:
https://ukcori.org/our-work/analysis-of-research-integrity-annual-statements/

Our assessment of these statements indicates that RI-supporting activities are highly variable in scope & format, and that:
- institutions learn from investigations
- RI forms part of research culture discussions
- RI training focused on early career stages
- effectiveness of RI activities not formally monitored.

Very interesting webinar about software citation from @datacite. It's being recorded, and well worth a listen to get an overview of where we're at just now #openscience #opensource #opendata

Supervisors have often themselves not been well trained, notes Petra Boynton.

Suffering is seen as a 'badge of honour' in #ResearchCulture - overwork, exhaustion, competition, uncertainty. Meme culture of #PhDchat: need coffee, lack of sleep, #Reviewer2 is out to get me!
