Anyone else see #ViolentNight movie? Saw it tonight with my kids and absolutely loved. Well, maybe not the *extremely* gory bits anymore, but I thoroughly enjoyed the story as well as the action. David Harbour was excellent as Santa and John Leguizamo makes a brilliant villain.
Turns out bulk fermenting for longer than usual isn't always a bad thing...
That thing when you wake up at 2am remembering that you left your dough bulk fermenting then discover that the fact it's minus 4 outside means it hasn't overfermented (well, by much, if at all 😉).
And to add to it all, the snow has started - welcome to Scotland 🙂
