#Meta is building a new #AI data center that is expected to use 5 GW of #energy.

That is a staggering amount of power for one facility. For reference, on a really hot day Washington, DC and Baltimore combined use about 11 GW of energy at the peak of the day.

Andreessen was born in Iowa and grew up in Wisconsin, places famous for discrimination against white heterosexual men (NOT!). He has made billions of dollars — as a white heterosexual man.

Yet he wants all of us to believe that white heterosexual men have been disadvantaged, discriminated against, due to DEI.

And he and men of his ilk have a huge megaphone because, did I say, billions?
