@oldbiddy @FunnybunnyQ Hi, Ann. We have 2 feeding stations here but it appears our local hogs have gone into hibernation. I can recommend this fab How To from #PoppysCreche

Btw… Monique aka Funny Bunny is a fount of #hedgehog knowledge 🦔

Making a feeding station for hedgehogs in your garden

The local #hedgehogs have tucked themselves away so I’ve been putting suet pellets in the #hogcafe for the #woodmouse …as you do 😁 #Norfolk #WildLivesMatter
@CM15 We have 2 solutions to the free roaming cat problem here. In front garden the feeder faces the wall with a gap just wide enough for adult hog to access. The second option, in our back garden, is a wooden tunnel with a removable plank of wood for size adjustment.
Both have weights on top & behind. #hedgehogs #OverstrandHogCafe
Not sure how to work this new thing but here I am, embracing change. I am Hammijam / Shropshire_Gal from twitterland. How do I find people? What am I doing here? Who knows. Anyway, I garden, blog, read, crochet, allotment, work in the charity sector, have a new craft shop Salopian Crafts (instagram), I like cooking, I like eating, I like music, I like cats. The end. #Introduction #NewHere #Twitter #gardening #crochet #allotment #handmade
#introduction I work PT for County Council so that I can run my hedgehog rescue.
I started back in '94 as a rehabilitator for a local vet & now with so much more knowledge about #hedgehogs, I equipped my little 'hogspital' in 2014.
I also have 26 years experience with caring for special needs rabbits.
I'm a violinist in the #HertfordSymphonyOrchestra, so love my music, but also a keen artist ( watercolours & pastils) 😊
I'm anti #hunt of any animal species.
I love all things in the natural world
@NorfolkBea Perfect, thank you! I found and followed @FunnybunnyQ earlier, thanks to one of your boosts on your page 😊
@FunnybunnyQ I know you’re doing all you can for him. Sending positive thoughts west #pricklypal . #hedgehog

#Buddy was brought into the vet weighing only 520g. He is now 991g having been treated for lungworm, fluke and roundworm.
He still has a lot of congestion in his nose, so having ongoing treatment with antibiotics & nebuliser sessions.

As we countdown to #COP15, we’ve released a report on how the UK’s leaders need to translate global promises into a decade of action for nature 🌍🌿

We need to halt and reverse the loss of nature globally, and here in the UK.

Our report shares the actions needed across key themes such as species recovery, food & farming and finance. And shows our vision of what success looks like, what actions are needed and where we are now.

RSPB | Seven steps to save nature by 2030

Wildlife is in crisis, but it’s not too late to for our leaders to turn their promises into actions. We need the people in power to speak up for our vulnerable species and places - and with less than 100 days until COP15 – now is the time.
