When people are taught to hide & feel ashamed of their #natural bodies, the damage is not merely cultural but psychological. Many grow up believing ordinary anatomy is somehow wrong, embarrassing, or unacceptable. This separation from our #natural form fuels insecurity, poor #BodyImage, & self-consciousness. A healthier #society would teach #acceptance rather than shame, allowing people to feel at ease in the bodies they were born with.
