@PanickedFoodie the MeAction pacing odds mention studies but no reference to them "a recent study.."
@sortius I'm also getting my timeline flooded with random "boost". I know this is to help us newbs get followers but it adds to the difficulty in curating your timeline.
@sortius I am finding engagement extremely difficult here. The server thing makes it harder. It seems very niche.

Another day another run building up to that 6 minute mile at the end of the year.
Today's workout in the picture below.
Felt half way decent 🙂

@PanickedFoodie @oftencalledcathy yes. I am in dialogue with @LongCovidPhysio

@PanickedFoodie @oftencalledcathy

I was brainstorming on something along these lines

1. Have you been ever diagnosed with Sars-COV2 (Covid 19). Times.

2. How long was recovery

3. Hospitalization

4. ventilator or ecmo

5. fatigued by simple daily task

6. told to refrain from physical exertion ?

My number one problem with meal prep is that I like freshly cooked food and want to eat something else by the time lunch rolls around.
@oftencalledcathy @PanickedFoodie being an exercise professional this is something I'll have to consider during intake and over the course of the training. I might create a Covid questionnaire in my intake package so I can either have them get medical clearance first or be on the look out for symptoms. I can imagine many people might not know they have long Covid.
@PanickedFoodie do you have links to the study(s) they reference. I don't see them in their literature.

@PanickedFoodie @oftencalledcathy

How do they measure recovery? Or what would be considered recovery I wonder. A cessation of symptoms during normal daily activities? They mentioned "going to the movies with friends" as a exertion event.
