I took a serious dive into Ramen, this Shio Ramen where the result.

It was a super interesting endeavour. From the broth to the sashu to the Ajitama.

I baked croissants for the first time. I'm pretty happy with the result. A bit huge, and a little underbaked. #baking #croissant
