So, I also went all in on making Curries, and the things I learned where incredible.
Problem: can never go back to store bought curriepaste.
Gotta love a classique 'Flan Brésilien'. It's a flan with tons of whipped creme and caramel hazel nuts!
I love to make desserts to, this was a first try for an 'Apfelstrudel' with a vanilla sauce (the sauce only came later, originally it was eaten witouth it)
So, I was absent but I kept #cooking
I took a serious dive into Ramen, this Shio Ramen where the result.
It was a super interesting endeavour. From the broth to the sashu to the Ajitama.
Mastodon was van mijn telefoon verdwenen, en zoals dat gaat met ADHD'ers was het uit het oog uit het hart, maar ik ga de app opnieuw installen.
(Het was er af omdat ik een upgrade van mijn Lineage had gefucked en moest re-soften :-D)
I baked croissants for the first time. I'm pretty happy with the result. A bit huge, and a little underbaked. #baking #croissant
