#Pakistan and #Iran were clear in their conditions that the ceasefire also applied to Lebanon.
What implications will this have?
Will the ceasefire break before it really even had the chance to take effect?
Will #Trump and the #US condemn the reckless attempts by the Zionists to destabilise an already fragile attempt at (something like) peace?
Doubtful, I know.
Well, what a relief to not have woken up to a nuclear armageddon in the #MiddleEast
Whilst it offers a brief reprieve, I am not hopeful this ceasefire will hold; it feels particularly fragile - #Pakistan and #Iran claim it also applies to Lebanon, meanwhile #Israel denies this, and is issuing a new and inmediate evacuation warning to the people of Tyre this very morning.
If nothing else, I hope it has pulled #Trump off the Nuclear ledge, regardless of whether hostilities ultimately cease for any meaningful period of time.
Will Starmer be able to make any significant impact with his visit to the region today, in an effort to bolster and offer support to the ceasefire.
I hate being so pessimistic but the last 1.5yrs has given us little to be optimistic about. Time will tell, I suppose.

I sincerely hope #Hungary can rid themselves of #Orbán - then next, I hope the #UK finds sense to rejoin the #EU
I genuinely believe the majority of Brits support this now. I certainly do, though always wanted to remain in the first instance.
In the current geopolitical climate, the EU is our best (probably, realistically, our only) chance at prosperity.
As Britons, Europe is our past, our present and our future. We ARE Europeans.
For the next fight, to combat the wave of fascism and far-right ideologies across Europe, we need to be united.
Is anyone else feeling particularly on edge tonight?
I know #tacotrump makes hollow threats regularly, but even the concept of a potential nuclear attack in the next few hours makes me uneasy.
We would be waking up in a whole new world tomorrow - though not a wholly uncommon feeling nowadays.
I hope someone with sense is able to talk #Trump down, for the sake of the Iranian people.

The U.S. under Trump clearly is not, and as a consequence, we now have a war between two religious adversaries who both believe they are chosen by God.

Completely baffles me, every statement he makes is infinitely more stupid than the last.
I'm not a big Starmer supporter but he undoubtedly has more sense in a single strand of hair than Trump does in that entire dusty mop on his head.
