Got up at 3:45 am to drive the bestie to the airport. Took a nap from roughly 7:30 to 10:30. Just tried to get some proper sleep (at 10:30 pm) to, so far, no avail.

Wondering if I made a mistake on a particular #MotoGP website I truly enjoy being a member of. The lack of answers or explanation there eats at me.

Still redoing/rebuilding the #HomeAssistant install, though currently working on dashboards. I know I need to make more automations, and Boolean switches...

My #TrippLite #UPS and #Proxmox are not playing nice with #NUT. Proxmox can see the UPS, but says it can't "claim" it to control it. Nothing in my extensive googling has been particularly helpful so far.

I have two tactics left in my playbook - another new cable (arriving tomorrow) and powering down evvvvverything so the #UPS can gracefully reboot - and seeing if #Proxmox sees it THEN.

But I'd really rather not reboot. That's a pain in the ass from so many sides.

Physical pain notwithstanding, it's ridiculous how much better I feel after surgery Like I've got some level of balance back in my life.

To that end I've been working on my business site this morning, and intend to pick your brain at some point, @ashleyspencer .

I know what I want to express, but I've got to do it in such a way to give people pause and say, "yes, he can help me!"

Bestie arrived Saturday to caretake me. Surgery was this morning; beyond some lingering pain/discomfort where the surgical breathing tube was, I'm doing well. 🥳

Added bonus: she found the wayward Chromecast remote. 🤣

Also, one of the furkids (or maybe me being clumsy) has hid the Chromecast remote for the TV in the living room. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Going to have to look more for it, and failing that, see if I can find the "extra" I bought the last time a remote grew legs around here...
