@threeofus @justanna I've had zero hours plenty of times, but I'm super used to it at this point. Fortunately, I am self employed. My job running my Brazilian jiu jitsu gym is pretty flexible, so I can take daytime naps if I've had a run of no sleep at night. 😁👍

@threeofus @justanna Yep! I've had maybe 2 or 3hrs of sleep tonight, which by my standards of up phase isn't actually that bad (some sleep is better than none). But yeah, lack of sleep is always the consistent variable for me indicating when I'm in that phase of my cycle.

There have been lots of promotions at @ArtemisBJJ recently. That is often the case in March, as I use the Bristol Open as a final deadline for anybody who wants to get in one last comp before their next belt. 🌈

This one was my favourite: her reaction was so genuine, surprised and filled with glee, it cheered my cold, cold heart! 🤩

Well done to all the Artemis BJJ students who competed at the Bristol Open yesterday. I was proud to see our female competitors utterly dominate their division, to the extent they fought eachother in the final. 😎

But I'm equally proud of everybody else too, whether or not they compete. While winning is nice, my main goal is for my students to learn, regardless of outcome. As always, we'll be reviewing the comp vids at open mat, lots of handy stuff to work on. 🤩
