This is a quick 6-7 question survey where I ask neurodivergent individuals their thoughts about yoga in general. Information will be kept private and all answers can remain anonymous. If you list your email address, I can connect your email to your answers, but let's be honest, I don't have the time/energy to do that. *smiles* There is a comment box for the final question - please ask questions and if you feel comfortable disclosing your flavor of neurospiciness I would appreciate you doing so. Self-dx is just fine. In the interest of reciprocity ,me: Dx'd ADHD, general anxiety, social anxiety, major depressive disorder, cPTSD - self-realized autism. Yoga is one of my autistic special interests, which is why I started Chicken Yogi. I'm more interested in aggregate responses rather than individual ones. This will be used for me to tailor my offerings at Chicken Yogi, and depending on responses, since I'm waffling between ideas, possibly a starting point for my thesis next year. Thank you!!!
