What is the state of accessibility on Wayland GNOME and KDE? Has accessibility on Wayland become equal or better than on X11?

@GerryT @kde @gnome from what i know, on GNOME at least, its pretty decent, Orca works pretty well (even including using capslock as modifier keys), and most the desktop has good keyboard navigation (but not perfeect)
accessibility is a pretty wide field so there may be regressions or improvements I don't know, but generally wayland and X11 are roughly same on GNOME.
