🎨 kde-desktop-background-libvisual v1.2.0 released!

20 audio-reactive visualization types for KDE Plasma 6 desktop background — now including ProjectM (type 19): Milkdrop-compatible GPU presets via libprojectM, 4000+ presets, full Wayland/EGL support out of the box.

✨ New in 1.2.0:
• ProjectM visualization — GPU preset rendering on the render thread
• Preset selector, shuffle & duration controls in config dialog
• Async PulseAudio/PipeWire backend (pa_threaded_mainloop + pa_stream)
• Native device enumeration, monitor sources filtered out
• GLSL Mandelbrot shader (type 15)

📦 .deb for Debian/Ubuntu/KDE Neon attached to the release.

I was made aware of the libinput debug-gui which looks perfectly fine even while I am in the error state.

During my experiments I found out I can make xournalpp crash by rolling the stylus on the drawing tablet. Thus I have acquired a core dump that I don’t even know where to post. Does it belong with the #xournalpp people or the #plasma people or the #wayland people or ???
