I need to find pro bono to challenge the either or requirement in Georgia for independent candidates. They want 70 or 80,000 signatures or a bunch of money. The GOP and the Democrats only have to get like 5,000 or 7,500 signatures. LOL❓ SO MANY THINGS IN PLACE AGAINST THIRD PARTIES. #COLLUSION

But I believe that if I had to get the 70,000 that I could do it. So that's clear. That's the very first problem I must solve. Because to organize a 70k signature campaign that happens within 6 months of the election is not trivial. Better to win in court. Moving on.

#Pennsylvania and #Georgia are a total of 35 electoral votes. Neither one of those states has faithless elector laws. There is a greater than 80% likelihood that neither big party achieves 270 #electoral votes when the #MissKitty party wins those two states. Which gambler doesn't take those odds?

So from the time that the elections are certified until the 12th #amendment would occur and a #contingent election would hand the election to the #Republicans, the #MissKitty party offers a #public #memorandum of #understanding, that of course they understood before the election.

That MOU specifies the terms that are required for the signatory to receive those 35 #electoral #votes, no #faithless #laws, by virtue of the electors declaring them for whoever signs the #MOU. It will not be the #GOP because they control 29 States. Each state counts only one vote. Fait accompli.

I forgot the percentage but even just getting #Pennsylvania is meaningful. It was between 45 and 55% chance that neither big party got 270 in that case even. WOW!! Are you hearing me at all? Do you want to live in a #democracy? Opportunity like this hasn't crossed my mind until a few months ago.
