Redirecting…

@godotengine incredible. Been excited since I first saw the features. IK!!!!!
@godotengine Just in time! Wonderful update, makes me wanna donate!

@godotengine

> When testing your game in the editor, new controls let you slow down or speed up the game while it’s running, making it easier to inspect physics behavior or fine-tune gameplay without extra debug code.

Nice! I will be using that 😁

@godotengine Wasn't expecting a stable release this soon (not complaining).
@godotengine Do you guys have a donation nag? Both KDE and GNOME use a yearly(?) donation nag and it seems to do wonders for their monthly sustainability; maybe implementing a similar feature on version updates can help boost monthly donations to what they were about a year ago!
@moshimotsu @godotengine we might introduce something like that in the future, for now we have only prompted people to donate from the website or outside-editor mediums
@emi_cpl @moshimotsu @godotengine I would look elsewhere for an engine if any type of nag was implemented. This isn’t the nineties, people will feel less inclined to donate if they’re suddenly interrupted mid-work to click away a popup that’s designed to annoy them into paying for something.
@elvisish @emi_cpl @moshimotsu @godotengine Exactly, this isn't the nineties and open source is more important than ever, making consistent and reliable funding a goal all frequent users should have. The once-in-a-year popup in KDE actually made me sponsor it with a monthly amount.
@lucajunge @emi_cpl @[email protected] @godotengine well this isn’t KDE. Besides, it’s principle, people don’t even like Godot addons that aren’t MIT licensed half the time.
@godotengine Thanks for an outstanding release notes page!
@K_REY_C @godotengine yeah, it was nice to read!
@K_REY_C @godotengine True. I read release notes every time happy like a kid
@godotengine What an incredible release!
@godotengine Love this new release notes format. (Don't know if it's been like this for any previous releases but it's the first time I saw it.)
@godotengine Thank you so much for everyone's hard work. I'm so glad to see #godot grow and mature. And the community around it is just incredible.
@godotengine 🥳🎉 another great release!
@godotengine Congrats on the release  Just started working on a new project with some folks so this update came just in time for that. Will be definitely implementing Input.set_joy_light()
