Currently sitting at slightly above 19.000 words. I really have to rethink my writing approach, maybe i should do the roughest complete scratch draw first because if I write natural I struggle with all the details that come to my mind...

20264 words, eleven are repeating instances of chapter (obviously in german as a German in Germany writing in German...) added rough outlines to some of them and each got a working title (one is missing everything...)

Next goal fill out the blank one, get chapter two done, finally.

-Start chapter 3

- Deepen the lore of the involved parties and correct them if necessary in the other reference files
- Rework timeline according to the book (again).
- Iron out the unfitting stuff in the Who is Who file
- don't forget the flannel shirt in chapter two where does it come from ...

Listened the whole day to the Computer Voice of Word to find mistakes in my two chapters...

Sad I'm back at word but this time I only use the word app and not anything else of MS...
Still Adropen Office is installed thanks to words inability to save in other document forms or revert them into workable text.
Andropen office still bugs out after a certain amount of changes and the dark mode is not working at all.
At least I am working on my stuff again...

And my AO3 account is online but so far I haven't done anything not sure what I can upload and what not so I will look into my older fanfictions and maybe share some of them but most likely not before Monday.

Actually thinking that a series of smaller books might be better than one big. As the story takes shape it seems that even 14 chapters will "not be enough" for some parts of the story, can I even make single books out of one or two chapters??🤔

1 year ago, in November, the work on Star Ryde draft 000.001 started with the NaNoWriMo. I managed to write 10.000 words but didn't write regularly now SR the main Story sits at around 32.440 words including edit notes. Nice but annoying because if I had kept around 10.000 words a month I would have finished the sarn thing already, at least the current draft. This is why I aim for crazy goals this year 30.00 words no edit notes.

I'm November vor einem Jahr habe ich mit der Arbeit an Star Ryde Draft 000.001 begonnen. Im NaNoWriMo habe ich 10.000 Worte, habe aber nur sehr unregelmäßig geschrieben. Seither ist die Hauptgeschichte auf 32.440 inklusive edit notes gewachsen. Schön aber Nervig, hätte ich seither die 10.000 im Monat geschafft wäre Draft 000.001 wahrscheinlich schon fertig. Deshalb ist mein Ziel für diesen NaNoWriMo verrückter Weise 30.000 Worte keine Editnotes.

Could recover it with Andropen office (you bought yourself some points their trash app) and save it as an .doc which word luckily accepts without its AI shit and connection to KLO-Pilot.

But now it shows 300 more words than before... 🤷🏼‍♀️

1.084 words on session one, my months daily goal is 1.000 words so I end up at another 30.000 words for draft 000.001

Overall word count 36.704. One word added to the edit notes, so basically 1083 words added to the story.

And I haven't even had breakfast yet. 😅

Wordcount after session one on the 04.11.25, the midnight to morning session: 37.757 so 1.053 words plus. Time to hit the bed.

Edit before breakfast session total count 37.997. 240 words more total count of the day so far 1293.

Something about my math or my word tracking doesn't works correctly...

It should be 38861 okay either my brain is buggy or Microsoft Word...

I don't think that I will get any words done today anymore 1 hour remaining. It's okay though I had 2000+ written yesterday and maybe I can pull another 2000 again to bolster up towards my goal of 30.000 extra wird for the WIP.
I can loose a day (daily goal 1000 words) atm without loosing aim at my target.

Only 821 words today and I missed yesterday entirely after not writing the day before, luckily I hit 2000 of the 1.000 I planed the day before, currently sitting at
39.703 words. If I had written constantly my plan was to hit around 42.000 around the N7.11.2025
So my target has to move up to 2300 word min. for tomorrow. Or splashing in another session today which I don't see tbh, if the plans work out, I really don't want to write in a Disco...😅

So a total crash out for the weekend and the last days I now sitting at
41.086 words not as much as I wanted but at least I am writing again and still the overall goal to reach 30.000 words this month is still on its way.
From 34.417 on the 2. November to now 41.086 is at least something.
Overall 6.669 and it's a soft goal of 30.000 for a reason.

Current word count 46.950 a plus of 1.321 words. Far away from my goal and honestly at the moment I feel like cheating, looking through older and newer prompts I answered and simply copying or writing their concept down if I liked the answer and want to keep it somehow for a better character development... Ah well I said soft goal. But at least I guess I could soon move over to draft 000.002.
Goal reached would mean something around 72.000 words....
Their is a lot of fluff and bridging gaps missing but we will see.

@Ardeija tank you 🙏🏽💚 the culprit seems to be a protein bar I tested, didn't taste to bad, but the reaction was... Well let's say unexpected...
With how food intolerance and cross interference work I guess it will be a long journey to find the real villain. But for now I leave it with that particular brand of protein bars.

On of my many "lottery wins" in life was never have an easy diagnosis or clear pictures about my body and what could be the reason for the problems. So I will stay away from the protein bar brand over which my body went into 'active hostile defense mode.'

I have some lighter shores today on my list like changing my Kitchen Paprikas soil and potts today or preparing some potatoes for freezing. Shouldn't be to hard.

You do sound better - am familiar with the body throwing a tantrum about food (not ER-level, but unpleasant enough). The guessing is never fun.

@Firlefanz it was a really weird spectrum of stuffy body threw at me, including symptoms I usually feel while being way to low with my blood sugar levels and food poisoning or panic attacks I had years back.
All my food was fresh or from the freezer that day and the only culprit was the protein bar, sugar levels where nowhere near as the symptoms suggested and I felt no rela panic... I'm the clinic they said all levels of nutrients, oxygen, etc seemed fine. So great miracle what was it really. I might have been the bar... At least that's what is in the report for my doctor.
