Latest comic on the convenience of making less ethical choices
this is what happens when you build a nation on the ideals of a buncha rich, white, slave-owning men who didn't like paying too many taxes
(and after so, so many years of treating the constitution as a 'living document,' decide to adhere most strongly to one of their values - owning guns)
UGH
great comic, as usual π
@jensorensen 1000 times this!
The Dead Kennedys were telling us this in the 80s. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Give_Me_Convenience_or_Give_Me_Death
The last frame would be a great official cartoon for Mastodon. ππ‘
@jensorensen I don't understand how so many people seem to have lost their moral centre when it comes to this stuff. Especially the almost effortless choice to avoid Amazon, or try out non-commercial social media.
I know of otherwise good people who won't even bother to boycott a single corp, despite everything they know. You won't catch me praising Kant, but even if you truly think the it's hopeless (it's not), where's your sense of what's right?
This comic π by @jensorensen sums it up perfectly when it comes to decisions for or against certain social media networks. Let's do better!

this is an AWESOME comic!
I just wish you would add your Mastodon handle to your Copyright/Credit line so that readers who aren't aware of Mastodon yet could get curious.
