Fan of unloved cars, weird economic theories, mountain biking, PC gaming, 3D modeling and printing.

I'm going to try and post more of my day to day life and maybe current events if I have something to say about it, I dunno.

Middle aged dude that leans left but strongly pro labor bias.

Attended the Pine Mountain Hill Climb event in eastern Kentucky with a extraordinary mix of cars, from the mad max, to a Buick Regal and ending in an electric monster.
Central and western Kentucky just came down from some near record breaking flooding. Please note that the smaller bridge was in the process of being decommissioned and wasn't partially swept away or anything. Definitely proud of our city first responders.
Recently replaced the keyboard on my buddy's ROG laptop. I've torn down many laptops over the years but this one was particularly easy. Sadly the replacement keyboard didn't work either and my buddy was done investing more resources into it because the replacement parts from Asus are so expensive.
Weather was so nice I hit the trails at the local park, mowed, and washed my project Mercedes. I also used a rubber gasket protector that's so good I'll end up doing a post on it one day.
My favorite activity at car shows (pictures from Keeneland Concourse in KY) is going to the parking or side lots where you find the cars overlooked by enthusiasts, but loved by their owners. These folks are the foundation of car culture.
