I just signed a rental in Melbourne (Brunswick East). I officially live in Australia. I got my drivers and motorbike licence today, too.
Now to have a nice weekend, it’s open if anyone wants to relax with me finally!

@Triddle I’m in love with it. It’s the top of my budget which isn’t so great but I can enjoy it until the prices are inevitably hiked.

Brunswick is nice, close to the city, transport and plenty to do.
You probably know but there are rules regarding degree and frequency of rent increases.
