All of my talk of metrics, targets and Goodhart's law in a professional context, and like two weeks into trying to improve my fitness a bit without hyperfixating on the scale, I didn't suggest something to eat - not because it was 'bad for me', but because I was going to weigh myself in the morning and it would make THAT number look worse. Wouldn't have had the issue had it been one day later.
That's the BS that makes this unsustainable.
Urgh. My heart needs to change.
