Day 1 #30DaysOfBiking: To work, with my indoor parking that provides a view of the Washington State capitol, and home through downtown and along Budd Bay Inlet with sunshine creating my #BikeShadow to keep me company on my breezy ride.

And whaddaya know--I first wrote about this concept in 2019 on #30DaysOfBiking Day 2 http://bikestylespokane.com/2019/04/02/30daysofbiking-day-2-my-version-of-a-triathlon/. Good grief, I was even doing some of the exact same work tasks, like working on the Target Zero/SHSP plan update.
Day 2 #30DaysOfBiking: Super short sunshiney sashay a few blocks to check whether the neighborhood "farmette" stand had any eggs. Alas, no, but a beautiful ride. All I could squeeze in today-- lots of meetings, worked late.
But I did pull off another athlon thanks to a brief lunchtime yoga practice and walking during and between meetings to loosen up my stiff sprained knee.

Day 3 #30DaysOfBiking: Thought I had spotted a hole between cloudbursts to dash down to the neighborhood bakery and get a bagel for lunch. I misjudged. Rain cape only handled part of the problem.
Day 4 #30DaysOfBiking: To the office today. Midday quick jaunt for takeout sushi took me through the luscious scent of honeysuckle in the gardens I get to ride through. Rode home in cooler temps after an interesting evening talk by Julie Ratner WalkAboutWithJulie.com on how trees communicate and the health benefits of time in the forest. Ever listened to a tree's electrical impulses turned into music? Love Oly Parks/Rec classes.
