Favorable conditions have returned, so I got in my longest ride of this young year. 33 miles from South Minneapolis to my home in Anoka County, mostly along the banks of the Mighty Mississippi. Temperatures in the mid forties when I left; 51°F in the back yard when I arrived home. Delivered a car to my daughter this a.m., so this was a one-way bike trip.
Here’s the steed on the Hennepin Avenue bridge, with the iconic Grain Belt Beer sign in the background.
