@bleuje this is a really fun effect
@bleuje 😍 What language do you code these in?
@bleuje easeInBounce really makes this work 👏
@bleuje je pourrais regarder pendant des heures

@bleuje That’s an interesting optical illusion, though I do find it a little bit disturbing to watch

My brain at least seems to alternate between seeing cubes rolling on the slowly descending field of dots, and seeing hexagonal forms being popped out and pushed back in

It’s weird because if I scrub the video back and forward slowly, I can read the ‘hexagons’ as cubes – just not at normal speed

@bleuje Add @beesandbombs and you'll have a gif-loop supergroup!
@bleuje This hurts my brain, i love it
@bleuje I keep liking this one - and it reminds me of my work with figurate numbers. Could this twitch into recursion using a construct like pyramidal numbers? It probably could. There are lots of fun ways to manipulate these constructs.
@bleuje is the code available?
@kemelzaidan nope not yet, not sure it will be one day
@bleuje Oh Jesus this is making my eyes go funny.
@bleuje causes my eyes to immediately go out of focus.
@bleuje this is awesome! 😍 would you mind sharing the code of this one?
@gawen thanks. I guess we're not going to share
@bleuje ok thanks for answering!
@bleuje This is the sort of thing that, upon seeing at age 19, I would have gone "Whoooooaaaa maaaaaaannnnnn...."
@bleuje how on earth!? I love it 😍
@bleuje I need to learn this magic...
@bleuje AaaaAAAa… 👀 What did you put in my coffee? (fascinating)
@bleuje @keir Somewhat frightening but beautiful nonetheless.
@bleuje
This nice #Processing-made video gives an idea of what species that #see moving objects much more than still objects.
@bleuje this would make a killer wallpaper I think.
@bleuje oh marvelously done. the jiggle as they settle into place really makes it.
