I made a thing. And then made a thing about that thing. Actually, I've been making a lot of things. Hmmm.

I love Laura Veirs and I love The Church. It happens that each released a song that begs to be mixed with the other. So I did. And then added some found footage from the Prelinger Archive to it because ... well, that's what all my years of college education taught me to do.

Who knew John Carpenter was an Amiga fan. ‘Prince of Darkness,’ 1986. Perhaps one of the first movies to feature the bestest 16 bit computer ever - the venerable Amiga 1000. #amiga1000 #commodoreamiga

I made a thing! My dear friend
Regie Gibson and I, with the generous support of the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre & ASRA created this music video about complex risks (conflict & natural disasters) set to Bowie and Mercury's Under Pressure. This was a project of particularly emotional impact for all of us working on it as it is also a tribute to our dear friend, humanitarian, and climate scientist, Pablo Suarez, who passed away suddenly a few months ago.

Mmmm, Panda. I found this lovely Fiat Panda whilst meandering through the streets of Bologna a few days ago. It screams boxy perfection - a design philosophy of angular practicality fused with origami-like folds of whimsy. It says both ‘I am car’ and ‘I am folded paper.’ It is small, but capacious. It is efficient and yet overtly delightful. It is Panda and also stealthy kitten. It makes me so very happy. #fiatpanda #boxycar
After 110 awesome miles hiking the Tour de Mont Blanc (#tmb) through Italy, France and Switzerland, my last camping adventure is in the Frankfort airport. Thank you #lufthansa - you suck.
Right now. Heading to Courmayeur, Italy. Last leg of the TMB. About to descend 4,500 feet. Meow. #tmb #TourdeMontBlanc
Day 7 on the TMB. Somewhere north of Mont Blanc at about 8,000 feet.
Day 4 on the TMB on the way to Chamonix. Though I’m smiling, my feet are screaming after gaining 500m and then descending 600m to climb another 1200m. Whoever designed this trail did not optimize for altitude… nor for distance. Hmm, possibly optimized for maximum steps.
