or because you oroposed an opposing opinion.
@LMNOChris just steer away from the large political and ultra religious subs. Also the shitposters from meme subs and other non niche ones.
Basically the smaller and the more specific the sub is. The better. Except r/askhistorians. They're large and yet still so good.
@SimonCHulse @developerjustin agreed. The delusion fusion is strong at Reddit HQ. For a platform that is almost entirely driven by user-generated content to be so hostile to 3rd-party user experiences would only even remotely make sense if they knew that 1st-party experiences still dominate over 3rd-party apps.
Reddit CEO Huffman's shallow 'AMA' is rather telling

@developerjustin hey this is just the IPF Initial Public Flogging
Long way to go yet
@developerjustin reddit keep surviving controversies though. which is a shame. and the administration can go suck it. i created a new sub and crossposted art to it, only to get a 2 week long ban from my own sub for infringement (on a crosspost from the original author??), and while i was banned the sub was flooded with spam which i could not remove; that got my sub banned permanently...
i only use reddit with Apollo right now but once Apollo is gone, so am I. will be deleting all my accounts.
