Anyone who is “worried their kid might get turned trans” is an idiot about trans people not just because they’re technically wrong about books but because it’s flat out wrong to treat it as a condition that can be caught. I don't remember reading Rupsje Nooitgenoeg (Dutch version) yet I am familiar with it.
