It’s amazing how few folks in the USA remember that the last week has been George W Bush Golfing Time. Prior to GWB, clocks in the USA changed at the same time as those in Europe. He moved them at each end, causing untold chaos, so that he would have more time with daylight in the evenings to play golf.
