Without any routine and expectations to be responsive and performing with quality.
Such a grind.
And sometimes saying the place has a good work life balance.

Matthias@bnut @dsandler yes, slack can be a real problem, often even more than e-mail. Also jira-boards with wrong descriptions and too much virtual meetings. Additionally wiki pages (Conflunce) with comments. Also biased git comments. Working and focusing at things with a little real valuable output is sometimes not possible because of that.

morriebird@dsandler I am glad I have 1:1 meetings with my supervisor and folks on my team every week. If I have questions or comments I just wait until the meeting. I rarely send anyone an email or a ping and I actually think it has made me happier at work. <_<
