That's a very mild description of goats. I'd characterize them more as a network full of junior devs who all have full domain admin privs and an unlimited cocaine budget.

Second "favorite" is orgs that have 3 remote desktop apps they use...because admins can't agree on one. Second main reason is merger from a decade+ ago that never fully incorporated the other network, just setup a 2-way domain trust and "good to go."
