That's what I call a dangerous toot. 
If you put your full mastodon account name (including the server name, starting with @Andydrewz)
in your twitter profile it can be picked up by your mutual followers using sites that hunt twitter for mastodon accounts.

You can export the list (button at the bottom of the page) and then import it to mastodon (go to "edit profile / import/export "

@Andydrewz This tool may help: With just a couple authentications, you'll get a list of all your twitter followers with mastodon handles in their profiles:
@Andydrewz Search for hashtags that you like. Even better, use the advanced mode display and pin the hashtags (you can pin multiple hashtags). Or follow hashtags (you can follow them like people). Either way, you'll find people who post them, aka people with interest like you. Follow those people. Even follow the people they follow, who are probably also interesting.
Do this for a while and you'll be awash in interesting posts!
