@cfarivar This highlights another weird thing Iā€™ve noticed before about Elon Musk - apart from being impulsive (everybody knows that), heā€™s also weirdly suggestible. So much, like to a really unusual extent. I really do wonder if he would have fired the guy if people hadnā€™t hinted he should it in the repliesā€¦

@mentallyalex @cfarivar Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter is starting to look like Al Dunlap running Sunbeam. It didn't end well for "Chainsaw Al." After he was unceremoniously fired for destroying a once-vaunted brand in a mere two years (I know firing can't happen to Musk), Dunlap was banned by the SEC from serving as a corporate officer or director due to accounting irregularities, and he settled a shareholder lawsuit for $15 million. No one wanted his advice, and he was shunned by the very people that once hailed him.

@cfarivar I am under the impression Mr. Musk is an excentric with somewhat impaired social skills. I do not appreciate this type of personality in power positions, and I think it is not enough to only cancel him. He should be put back in an appropriate place - within a culture of checks and balances we are about to lose if we do not finally get our show together.
