I am cutting down on my intakes, so there will be less outtakes.
For example:
- unsocial #media. Come to think of it all social media is #anti-social behavior. Wot are we all overgrown teenagers now?
- Just had a small #breakfast. However might be coerced into a second breakfast when the food delivery arrives. β

- trying to cut down on screen time, as I am no longer in that business
Now... that should give me more time to: 1. smell the roses
2. contemplate life, the multiverse and that beyond Daath Invader (a kabbalist thing)
