A while back, I received a request for an Origami Crane, but done in sheet metal. I tried my best to be faithful in the folding, but I might cheated a little bit to make this. Even so, it looks quite nice.

Back when I made welded figurines, I received a request for a Katamari Damacy figurine. I had no idea what that was, so I had to learn about the game and the character.
It's very interesting. I still haven't played it, but the whole idea of changing perspectives as you played through the different sizes of the world is a fascinating concept.
For the #dnd / #LOTR folks out there, this welded figurine is an elf. But for the rest of you, it's Robin Hood. Or William Tell.
Ten years ago, I received a request to weld up a Dalek. I had to look up what that was, because I never watched Doctor Who.
Anyhow, it turned out great and the client was thrilled. What do you think?
