There are two modes of work I have.
A: Sit down. Do I have a plan? Is it written down? Do I need to adjust? Then work.
B: Things are urgent, lets quickly do stuff, I can care about planning later.

Consistency and discipline is something I hate and I'm not good at. However. Independent of urgency and situation, mode B has always got me into chaos and has caused more work in the long run.

AI flattens what multicultural teams need most: nuance, trust, and the ability to read what goes unsaid.
