It's that way that in the past, you only remember the good things and not the bad. It's the same with running courses. You just think, "Oh, that one goes through the forest so nicely, I could run that again." Of course, you forget about the nasty climb. 😅🏃
Unfortunately, the Kneipp pool won't open for another two weeks.

Had a run in the woods. In #Meulenwald, one of my healing places. In fact, it has a well where they say the water has healing power. It is normal drinking water. They built a chapel and a Via Crucis there. If you believe in it. At least, the water is really refreshing during a run. And I couldn't leave the forest without some #Wassertreten. 😃 Muscles are also good.

Thanks! Yes, I think I had water in my legs (you say that in English?). I lost 2 kg from Monday to Wednesday. And that caused a kind of compartment syndrome. I had this already some years ago and the doctor said I should do #wassertreten and reduce speed but should stay running.

Do you know #Wassertreten outside of German-speaking countries? A basin with ice-cold water that you walk through in a weird way like a stork for 1 to 2 laps. Absolutely refreshing in a break during running.
