ich wollte meine #Lauf-Reichweite von 10km verdoppeln und so bekam ich den Rat, laufe unterhalb 150 bpm Herzschlag. Das entspricht bei mir ca. Pace 5‘30“ und fühlt sich demütigend an. Bringt diese Art Training auf längere Sicht wirklich etwas? #mastodonlauftreff #laufen

Freiburg HM (my 16th HM, holy cow?) in one week, while I won't be anywhere close to a "good" time, it's a good day to simulate the whole thing a bit. Temperatures rose suddenly and I even waited a bit until the valley warmed up. Plan is to do a very slow 18 km, to tell myself I can do it next week.
Also testing some equipment - the thing you put around your stomach. Body bag, no?
Feeling like I'm not writing well in English today. So this posts sounds a bit off. So don't worry, I'm not in danger of overdoing myself next Sunday. I'll take it very easy.
