Product idea:

Software that automatically manages a medical office's appointment delays by texting the patients their expected appointment start time. Patients would prefer to do something with their time other than sit in the waiting room.

Some airlines do this with flight delays, so passengers don't rush for nothing, then pile up at the airport.
