Starbucks baristas are on strike.
Support them by not patronizing Starbucks at all (this includes buying their bagged coffee or merch at the grocery store, etc), until they get a fair contract.
Besides, there are much better coffee places out there.
My favorite is Dutch Bros. but they're not as ubiquitous as Starbucks, so they don't have a full national presence.
There's also Caribou, though they're being run off by Starbucks oversaturation and smaller coffee chains that are better than they are.
Ziggi's is a newish one in my state, haven't tried them but they get good reviews and they appear to be expanding as well.
Dunkin has been around forever but like, their coffee beans aren't the best, so their drinks are mid and they try to make up for that with themes and extra flavors and other sugary stuff, but really, it's mid af. (Dunkin fans don't @ me. I was born in the Northeast where Dunkin and 711 are like, religion. Their coffee isn't great.)
I'm sure there are many others I haven't mentioned here, so try one of them!
You could also just go to a local coffee shop/cafe that isn't a chain. Supporting local business is always a good idea (unless they're yanno, fascist-supporters or something.)
I'm off to caffeinate.
