Kathleen Stock is widely-known as one of the UK’s most prominent trans-exclusionary voices, having risen to national prominence after views on trans rights caused outrage at the University of Sussex prior to her resignation in 2021.
In 2018, Kathleen Stock has said that “many trans women are still males with male genitalia, many are sexually attracted to females, and they should not be in places where females undress or sleep in a completely unrestricted way.”
OK, so my first question...
...ipso facto logically & semantically she concedes that at least some #transwomen do not have "male genitalia". How does she, & other #TERFs, categorise us? Are we still "worthy" of the same opprobrium as her "many"?
My second question...
...what is her attitude to we her implicit "few" [thankfully & exultantly liberated from the erstwhile birthed curse of "junk"] who are "sexually attracted to females"? Are we now "permitted"? Would we cause birds to fall from the sky & cats to fornicate with dogs?
Again i seek clarification. Who specifically are her "trans women" in that quote?
I really decry the cultural drift of the past two decades whereby it became utterly verboten to use the specific term #transsexual, which had clear context & meaning, & instead lump together all components of the T in #LGBTQIA+ as being simply #trans. Consequently nobody now knows what anybody is talking about in this space, anymore. This amalgamation combines [mixing some historical & probably obsolete terms with some contemporary] #crossdressers, #transvestites, #transfems, #dragqueens & #transsexuals all under the T, ignoring the substantial & fundamental differences in circumstances & objectives.
