Today I start building consistency again after 3 weeks of haphazard winging it following my #ultra . This training block I'm going to work hard to sync my training with my #MenstrualCycle , I've always struggled on previous attempts because race day doesn't care where you are in your cycle. This time im aiming for small changes around strength and conditioning which are achievable whilst maintaining some type of #marathon training periodisation.
